MOTIVATION FOR WEEK 17 2020

There are 2 ways you can to cope with a sudden change as the times we find around us with social distance:

  1. Escape coping.
  2. Control coping

However, recommended by crisis network the following below will help you through managing sudden change. I would suggest it could be helpful in coping with staying indoors.

Relax

Taking deep breathing or trying out meditating. Also, you can try to maintain a sense of humour.

Reflect

Seek out support and resources to help you sort out what you’re going through. It is smart to ask for help.

Reassess

Assess your feelings to create a new vision of yourself and highlight the positives.

Rehearse

Rehearsing future plans helps lower stress and anxiety.

Ritualize

Seek comfort in the things that are haven’t changed in your life.

Meanwhile, how we deal with the sudden change determines whether or not we will grow through the experience to recognise our callings.
